Couples Connection Classes

I believe: Connection is EVERYTHING… and it begins with birth!

This 2.5 hour class is designed to help you create your “Connection Bubble” so that no matter what happens as your birth unfolds, you can maintain that deep connection to your partner or support person and your baby.

Birth is what I like to call a “Portal Event” – a potentially life-changing event for your family! (And for all the other members of your birth team, if they’re paying attention!)

After all, it will be the first time your little one opens their eyes to meet who they belong to after so many months inside of you making themselves known through their fluttery heartbeat, organ-squishing movements, and staccato-rhythm hiccups!

You can’t predict or plan for birth, not really. Birth is something that’s just TOO BIG to fit on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper! But you can set yourselves up to be present to one another, to focus on what really matters, to feel deeply connected even before your baby arrives.

This class is unlike any other you may have take so far in preparation for your baby’s arrival. There are no materials necessary, it’s very hands-on, everything is backed by science, and there will be a bunch of resources provided to you at the end of class so you can continue to work on creating, strengthening and deepening your connection to one another.

In this way, you’ll create your own “Connection Bubble” that will carry you through whatever circumstances arise during your birth experience.

This small group class happens once a month on Sunday afternoons. A private class version is always available – please contact me directly to discuss details.
